KEI HIRABAYASHI
Fashionable leader in the welfare sector
Born on July 21, 1977
◼️ President, Japan Welfare and Medical Fashion Association, Inc.
◼️Representative Director, Japan Persons with disabilities Fashion Association (JPFA)
◼️Representative Director, Tottolink Co.
◼️Visiting professor at Shijonawate Gakuen University
Worked as a teacher after working as a hairdresser. Then in December 2016, started own business and established Tottolink Inc. The company expanded to three stores in only two years and currently operates four after-school daycare services in Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture. Founded Japan Persons with disabilities Fashion Association in November 2019 and became its representative director. Developed the Next UD (Next Universal Design) brand bottom’all in the following year, 2020. Then, on September 27, 2022, realized a fashion show at the Japan Cultural Center in Paris during Paris Fashion Week. Currently, engaged mainly in educational activities such as public lectures and dissemination through social networking services.
